Hello, I am Anna and I am owner and creator of Zoomversations. Having spent 14 years in IT working with teams from all over the world, I have facilitated product development conversations and utilized effective frameworks such as Scrum, SIT (Systematic inventive thinking) and others, which led me to find my passion - creating opportunities for human connection and unlocking groups of people to achieve common goal. I have found XCHANGE approach to be unique for this purpose (it lights me up every time when I see what is unfolding in conversations!). Over the last few years I became certified as XCHANGE guide and successfully applied it during several events for my network as well as in-company, creating connections and positive experience for participants with long-lasting effect.
